GOVT. SANCTIONED RESIDENTIAL N.A. PLOTTING SECTOR We are mainly into real estate in Govt. Sanctioned Residential N.A. plotting sector. It was in the year 2008 that Dr. Naresh Bharde with other visionaries started the Excellence Group to support the social cause through Dhyas Foundation. Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd was inception later in the year with the main aim to support the cause of the group and to provide customer centric services in the real estate sector. Residential properties in Pune have touched new heights in recent years and this was the main reason behind the group to venture into the real estate sector. Led by Dr. Bharde, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Group as well as the company, Excellence Shelters Pvt. Ltd has become a company in the real estate sector to look for. As mentioned earlier, we are into Govt. Sanctioned Residential N.A. plotting field wherein we offer same as the residential plots for sale in Pune. We buy agricultural land at the most convenient and strategic locations and convert it into NATP sanctioned plots for sale to investors. We then develop, beautify and landscape our sites, which are then converted into NA plots or projects for residence. The company initially started its business from Solapur as it identified the potential market and now is gradually spreading the business to other parts of Maharashtra. We have already started acquiring the land for sale in Maharashtra and developing it for future projects. Excellence Shelters Pvt. Ltd is one of few real estate developers in Pune who provides transparency and honesty in their work. Excellence Shelters is the promoter builder arm of Excellence Group and till date it has already developed properties in excess of 200 acres. We have some excellent projects running on currently that will certainly double this figure in the next 2 to 3 years, which would be a phenomenal achievement for a young company. There are some new building projects in pipeline and we are very sure to complete it successfully. As far as our projects are concerned, we have delivered 100 lakhs sqft of lands and have some running currently.
