A Cardiff Business School Alumnus, Ashish Jain has been the driving force since the inception of Kundan Spaces LLP. With over a decade of real estate experience, he brings on board his vision and strong management practices. As an integral part of the key management, he manages a portfolio spanning across Residential, and Commercial projects. With a passion for design, he involves in every project meticulously and oversees the project lifecycle diligently to consistently reflect on the company's vision to offer superior homes. 

Mr. Dhanesh Mehta

DIRECTOR, KUNDAN SPACES

On the board of Directors, Dhanesh Mehta is a graduate from the Bharati Vidyapeeth University with Bachelor’s in electrical engineering. He brings several years of experience in developing growth strategies for new and redevelopment projects. He is also responsible for strategic planning and various design and interior aspects of the projects developed.
