More than three decades ago, four visionaries, Ramesh Patel, Kishor Patel, Chandulal Patel & Ishwar Patel joined hands to create a real estate empire that would lead by example. Mr Patel’s early experience of working in the construction industry in the Middle-East gave him a vision of the potential of this industry in India. He returned to India and started Sanskruti in 1985, naming his first venture after his daughter.
